Got Inflenza? This Regimen Could Save Your Life! The primary things you need to take - immediately - are Vitamin C and Turmeric Extract. Why Vitamin C? Because influenza depletes vitamin C, and when you have none, dozens of body processes stop. Most importantly, cellular and collagen repair, immune system function, and creation of neurotransmitters for your muscles and brain.
