Got Inflenza? This Regimen Could Save Your Life!
The primary things you need to take - immediately - are Vitamin C and
Turmeric Extract.
Why Vitamin C? Because influenza depletes vitamin C, and when you have
none, dozens of body processes stop. Most importantly, cellular and
collagen repair, immune system function, and creation of
neurotransmitters for your muscles and brain. Your immune system shuts
down and you can hemorrhage - you can bleed to death internally or have a
stroke.
Why Turmeric Extract? It is a natural antihistamine: it moderates the
synthesis of mucous. It is also antibacterial. Influenza causes a
dramatic increase in mucous production, which fills the lungs and becomes
a breeding ground for bacterial pneumonia when your immune system is
compromised. Pneumonia appears to be the primary way that influenza is
killing people.
How much? Start at 2000 mg each of Vitamin C and Turmeric Extract at
each meal. Note: Turmeric Extract must be taken with food, preferably
with something that coats your stomach, such as soy or rice milk.
Avoid all dairy products, as they increase mucous production. Keep up
calcium and magnesium supplementation: 1000 mg calcium and 500 mg
magnesium per day.
