We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, ATM/Check Cards (with credit card logo), PayPal, personal checks, and USPS and American Express money orders. To protect the security of your credit card information when you order online, we use secure credit card processors. This means that your confidential information is only transmitted to the credit card processor over a secure link. We only get your contact and shipping information.

For credit card orders, our primary secure credit processor is Authorize.Net. We also accept PayPal.

Phone Consultation

Jonathan Campbell's availability for telephone calls is somewhat limited. However, he is available for pre-paid phone consultations. These are reasonable in cost - $100 up to one hour (and pro-rated thereafter) - and more flexible than a single-shot email exchange. Please include your phone number and the hours that are most convenient for you to be reached in the Comments section at the bottom of the shopping cart Checkout page. Jonathan will call or send email to set up the appointment with you.
